I have lived here almost 3 years and the 2 times my lease has come up for renewal I have shopped around only to decide that Windsor is the best value in the area. Complex is not too large, buildings are clean (except when tenants make a mess in the middle of the night), the pool and courtyards are well maintained, just overall a good place to live.
