The management and staff are not at all reliable. Recently dealt with them as a prospective tenant. They showed up apartments with one price range. On a subsequent visit within a day they raised the rent - claiming ones showed to us was already rented out and similar one with similar floor plan was available but on a different floor level. There is no logic in increasing the price by 15% for a difference of 2 floors that too without any change in the view. Then the staff promised a lower raise and the manager next day raised it again - saying there was a mistake.
Its amazing how these nice looking offices hide so much of unethical and illogical practices. We just decided to stay away. I hope they face an eye opener some day.

Good luck to those staying there and serious caution to the prospective ones.

They did the same thing to me in a way. When I looked at the apartment the price was $2650, I wasn't sure, I came back about 3 weeks later and it was still $2650, I said I want the apartment, but I am out of town, I am mailing my deposit fee in, please reserve it. They Recieved my check, and when I got there to sign the lease about 2 weeks later the price had changed to $2700, they refused to honor the $2650 price, and I was stupid enough not to get it in writing. They told me it was an error on their sheet. I ended up signing anyways because there was nothing left for me to do, and I needed an apartment. I noticed a couple of times not to long after I rented mine that they were quoting $2650 for similar apartment styles to potential tenants...

That is not actually uncommon in the rental market. Prices are always subject to increases especially when communities are offering specials. I actually rented one of the 'On Special' units and I am super happy here! And I really like the office staff
