I have been living here for four years now and I love this building. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is friendly and gets things done quickly. They are upgrading the areas that needed improvements like the gym, the hallways, the trash rooms and the building looks good!!

Based on the fact that you say you have lived here for 4 years, and you just now decided to come post? Then you posted anonymous... I question if you are really a resident at all...
"The office staff is friendly and helpful" - they are friendly, but completely incompetent and more concerned with their weekend plans than helping you.
"The maintenance staff is friendly and gets things done quickly" They are friendly and generally get to your problem fast, however they have to come back multiple times to fix a problem more often than not.
"They are upgrading the areas that needed improvements like the gym, the hallways, the trash rooms and the building looks good" - so far they have put new paint on the stairs, and new carpet in the gym... The paint on the stairs was needed, but the new carpet in the gym was not necessary, they need to replace the outdated/broken machines... The hallways got new carpets... nothing special about that (I actually preferred the older ones, they were a bit more appealing but whatever... and the trash rooms still smell bad because a few residents are to lazy to put their trash in the shoot rather than just leave it sitting outside the shoot... I have see no changes to the trash shoots in the last year

I have been here over 4 years myself and I can agree in parts with both of the above comments. The new carpet is not as attractive as the previous geometric pattern but it is much quieter. The paint in the halls and garbage rooms was badly needed. And like the offices on Wall Street or anywhere else, you have good, competent people and you have the rest. CJ has been here at least 4 years and finally got a promotion. She is always thorough and follows through. Every year when my lease is due to be renewed I go out and shop the market. There are definitely better quality buildings out there. The Pier, Essex Commons, Marbella are all better finished what with granite counters and ceramic tiles. And there are new properties like 50 Columbus. But they all cost $500 more per month. For the money, Liberty House does okay.

I love living here. My only problem...some of my neighbors are complete jerks. this one creep lives two doors down from was wasted and wrote over a note saying the office was closed for a holiday. what he wrote was rude and selfish. If the management office wouldnt rent to people like him this place would be perfect.

There is some serious problem with the property management. I moved in to an apartment with broken stuff and it is still broken for last several weeks. Office staff are friendly-- I gotta give them that but they are not at all effective in tackling issues.
