We've been living in the Paulus Hook area since 2005 and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the building, office staff, and the surrounding area. Everyone had been extremely helpful and the response time is great! It's a very close knit community-especially if you have children-I would say it's the next best thing to raising children in the suburbs. I have many friends who live in the area and whenever they come over they can't stop talking about how beautifully landscaped the property is and how clean the common areas are. My suggestion would be that if you are looking for friendly neighbors, FREE parking, and a great place to live Windsor is the place. If you still are looking to complain about apartment living do yourself and all of the rest of us a favor and BUY!!
