A Very Pleasant, Affordable Living Experience

The Building: A Very cute brownstone complex with well-kept gated courtyards- A nice change of pace from the high rises of the area. Common areas and hallways are clean and well-maintained.
The Apartments: Inefficiently laid out, and the kitchen/bathroom fixtures are of average to low quality. However, there is a lot of floor space here for the price, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. In-unit washer and dryer can't be beat.
The Location: Gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty right outside the door! We really loved seeing this everyday on the way to work. 15 minutes from the Financial District, 5 minute walk to the Light Rail (which goes all along Jersey's Gold Coast- access to Target, shopping mall, grocery store)- the downside is, the commute is a pain if you work further uptown. That's why we moved. Also a great place to live if you have a car- one free parking spot is included in the rent. If you don't have a car, you can theoretically rent your spot out- but it was hard to find takers most of the time we lived there.
The Nightlife: Practically non-existent, which makes the neighborhood very quiet and pleasant at all times of the day and night, even if you have to go elsewhere to have fun.
The Staff: Young, cool, and kind. We never had a problem with them, and they were always responsive to our requests.

It's easy to say negative things about someone when you choose to remain anonymous, isn't it?
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. You are welcome to say whatever you feel about the place (hence the purpose of this website). I talked about my experience with Windsor (an overall positive one), just as I'm sure you anonymously posted your negative experience somewhere.
However, do you really hate your experience so much that you have to criticize other people who liked theirs?
Or perhaps you yourselves are working for 50 Columbus... at least that would explain why you are so concerned with someone having positive things to say about another place.
If you want to bash Windsor/promote 50 Columbus, please start a new thread. You must be really hard up for business if it has come to this...

Sorry, but you sound like their pr, as the first Anonymous person noticed. It's the way you talk.:)
And yes, I would advertise any kids room if it's nice, forgive me for that.:)
