My husband I have lived at Windsor at Liberty off and on for a few years. It's had its problems but overall it's been quite good. The office is staff is pleasant and the majority of the neighbors have been easy to live with. The walls and floors are thin so if you end up with someone near you who plays loud music or has frequent parties you will suffer. I read about bugs in these posts but have never seen any - and have been in four different apartments in the complex.
