Liberty Towers 56% Recommended May 05 2008: This place is a scam and a reason people detest New York and surrounding areas. A studio costs couple of thousand dollars. They do not disclose the renter fee (BEWARE!). They want to trick you as much before you sign Dixon Mills 52% Recommended May 01 2008: Hi, We moved in 2 months ago and have had none of the issues mentioned, no leaks, no rodents in the walls, nothing. This has actually been the quietest building I have ever lived in. Where should I start - it's all bad from the granite to the "starbucks." Then when I told them I am new to US and I dont have any The Towers at Avalon Cove 11% Recommended Apr 16 2008: We've had the worst experience with the management staff at Avalon Cove.
