Nice Apartment and excellent Resident Manager We have been staying in 418 Baldwin ave apartment (managed by Bermudez) more than a year now. Our experience is very good so far and really like the place. The management staff is very polite and prompt. I'll definitely recommend the place to stay.

Rats... Grrr.... Our building has low occupancy, and the rats will slip under the doors and barely visible cracks into the occupied units . Pest control do nothing much except to put glue traps around. I support in PETA and I tried to tolerate these pest... they are only trying to eke a living.
