Too much money for what you get

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
The apartment is nice when you move in, but after that, you're on your own. They fix the small things, but you'll wait forever if you need something fixed that makes your gas or electric bill go up (boiler, air conditioning, dish washer, etc.). Two apartments in my section were broken into, one apartment twice. I've been there two years, and they never cleaned the hallways. The outside is well kept. My newspaper disappears every morning if I leave after 7am. Not luxery, but not the projects, either. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
