I've been living in this place for four years and I adore it. Personally I have never had problems in regards to security, besides, when I have maintenance problems they come to fix it right away...the office staff is very nice and maintenance guys are polite, fast, and respectful. In my past apartment, it took forever to have something fixed, and the price was almost the same!
I have more than enough room in my basement, and the neighbors are fine, honestly, I never hear from them.
In other words I can't complain and I highly recommend it.
