Pros:
1. very spacious & reasonable price when compare with other aprts in this area.
2. very close to all major roads - GSP, NJ-Turnpike, 287, 9, 1, etc.
3. Very close to major shopping complex and rail station in 3 to 4 mile range. Bus service in 3/4 mile walk.

Cons:
1. lot of noice as its very closely located to 287 except very few apts buildings.
2. centipedes are there, they go for a while when spray something, comeback again.
3. Management send someone very quick all the time when there is something to fix, no matter they fix it or not. mostly temp. fixes. (Only one guy works well with fixes)

4. lot of dust, old aprts, some times you here music when some neighbour plays little loud music.

Pls. provide update on Centipedes. Don t we have a pest control solution to it?

They have a professional licensed and insured exterminator that comes when needed as a free service to tennants.
