This place is disgusting. I have lived here from 2003-2004.

There are so many roaches. I have seen them come up from the garbage disposal.
I am a non-smoker and lived on the top floor, yet my apartment would be filled with smoke from the tenants below me.

When I first moved in, it appeared clean. But as I slowly moved my things in, I noticed dirty cotton swabs that were thrown above the mirror. The toilet and tub were filthy, and the walls were dirty. When I complained, they just said that maintenance did clean the apartment before I moved in and left it at that.

Maintenance does a poor job. I had a lock that needed repair. The guy had to come 3 times to fix it to get it right.

The floors creek and the walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation that takes place in the apartments around you.

The building is not special, just a bunch of dirty brick buildings with cheap fixtures and poor apartments. Its in a ghetto neighborhood- need i say more'

I am so glad I left that place!
