I attempted to actually rent an apartment from Neal. We looked at many apartments there most were very dirty with mold damage. We did however find one that was suitable only requiring minor work to be done. The problem is they only have one person that has any idea whats going on with the property and he is never there. When we first started dealing with Neal he was on vacation for two weeks, when he returned he called me and we set up a meeting so that we could discuss the details in person and I could pay him my deposit. Well he blew me off, then promised to call me the next day. I received no return phone call, and after a couple of voice mails I was not making any progress. When I finally managed to track Neal down I learned that the apartment was sold to some other sucker that didn't mind the mold damage, with no repairs being made. When a company can't even handle sales efficiently what would happen once they received my check. I guess Neal just did me a favor.

You know it was better off.. 6 yrs here and I got kick out because the inexperience young neighbor complaint about me and my son like a little brat about WALKING!! After the lies this chick said about me we got kick out!! 6 yrs no problem this one moves in last Oct got kick out! Instead of move me or move her.. 1600 dollars save! Besides every since I've being here my son & us have extreme allergies, asthma etc so who knows there is also mold here IDK about! Neil looks like he doesn't want to work anyway & I heard he is a hard head
