Terrible! Unless you prefer to live in the ghetto, you should not choose this place to live. Management is completely incompetent and all the buildings are so old and shoddy that odors remain in the units for years. I can describe the complex as "ghettoville" because that is really what

WOW. THIS PLACE IS NOW A SLUM I LIVED IS (HG) IN EARLY 90'S FOR 2 YRS. THE ONLY REAL ISSUE I HAD WERE THOSE CENTIPEDES. BUT, NEIGHBORHOODS CHANGE OVER THE YEARS AND THAT AREA HAS BAD APPLES EVERYWHERE. A 1 BEDROOM WAS 660.00 PER MONTH. NEVER FELT UNSAFE THERE BACK THEN. PRETTY SAD TO SEE IT IS

The maintenance men had plows and they also hired other plows and had a big machine too.

No Lived there for 2 yrs.
Cons :
Lots of burgalaries when i lived there but my apt was facing the management office so was safe.
Lots of centipedes and even more cockroaches.Complained a lot of times at the end brought a spray from Home depot for 10$ to get rid of cockroaches.But again ..full review of Hillside Gardens

Terrible place to be at. Think twice before you come here. I have been forced to stay here , they didnt send me any lease renewal forms then they say if I didnt sign & send them back the lease renewal documents they automatically extend my lease. CRAP

good place Saw what others said but disagree.
The maintenance has been great. They come the same day when ever I have a problem and get the problem fixed.
The snow clearing this week was very good.

Safe, well maintained and priced right We really enjoy being here. The buildings and grounds are kept clean, my neighbors are always quiet and the rent is very reasonable for the amount of space we have here.
