MY RENT HAS ONLY GONE UP A TOTAL OF $175 OVER THE YEARS(VERY REASONABLE FOR THIS AREA).CLEAN, GOOD MAINTENANCE,HAVE GOTTEN NEW APPILENCES VERY QUICKLEY WHEN NEEDED.HAVE RECOMENDED TO OTHER PEOPLE AND THEY ARE VERY PLEASED. HAD A ROACHE PROBLEM WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN BUT FOUND OUT IT WAS MY FAULT.(HOLLOW LEGS ON AN OLD KITCHEN TABLE.) ONE ROACHE HOTEL AND GETTING RID OF THE TABLE MY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED.GOOD HEAT AND SNOW REMOVAL CONSIDERING THE SIZE OF THE COMPLEX. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
