I am curious about their obsession with "no window AC's". Hello, it does get hot in the summer around here. We were told "it's a hazard to passerby's". Well, if someone is that clumsy enough to walk into a window AC that's sticking out approx. 1 foot from my bedroom window, either they're too close to my window trying to peek in (violation of my privacy) or they need new glasses to be aware of their surroundings. We have lived in apartments for over 30 years (our last one supplied window AC's) and was NEVER told "do not install a window AC's". I would also like to know if there is a "Tenant's Assoc." here, so if anyone has any info, please post it here. Just my humble opinion. Thank you.

yeah i got a notice about my window ac too. so now my son with asthma has no ac. and the wall one in my bedroom has insects coming in. i wish there was an asociation. but i don't think these other tenants don't care like we do. send me an email kelseyrdonovan@yahoo.com. maybe we should start a complaint committee.

I didnt even try the 2nd bedroom I was asked to have mine removed from the big bedrooms window. My Ac was too small for the insect entering hole in the wall. so now I have pots, pans and towels filling in space and tilting it back so that the crumbling drywall and my floor stay dry. guess thats the hole the mouse came in.
