Yikes! From: menz86@aol.com Date posted: 8/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006 4 responses   I just read through all the comments I added a few responses some are included here and some are not. This is my time to be specific....I started out in a 1 bedroom that had roaches and termites. After 6months they went away, however the exterminator had to come every week, they sprayed the entire building and bombed the crawl spaces. Then I moved into a 2 bedroom. I found a dead mouse under my bed and 1 running the walls in my livingroom. now I have steal wool in my baseboard heating holes. A few roaches not as bad as apt #1. Thank god. About every 3 months I get swamped with ants and then I spray and cough for an hour. I've also had to kill quite a few wasp nests out side. Snow removal is horrible in order to get to my building from the parking lot I have to climb a mound of snow. The grass around the building is all weeds and very long. Watch out for the skunks they hide in the bushes and crawl spaces with the stray cats (which have flees ) dont walk too close to the bushes or you'll get hit. The laundry room is a disaster the rooms and even some of the washers do smell of pee. And every once in awhile you can see a puddle. People are very quick to remove your laundry with their stinky hands but will leave theirs in a washer or dryer for 2 hours. My upstairs buddies have 2 kids running and bouncing untill midnight, so now my daughter falls asleep in class 'cause they keep her up all night. They have been warned and still dont have carpeting. And Mr upstairs insists on locking his motorcycle to the tree out in front of the building. guess he missed the parking lot out back. Can I park my car by my door too so I can keep an eye on it. Oh and lets not forget about the parks. the swings are about 20 years old and the seasaws are a tad uneven. Also, hope your child doesnt fall because most of the safty mats are missing. And lets not over look all the garbage. Not only do the adults dump it wherever so do the kids. One more year til my daughter is out of the elementary school and we are out of here!!!!
