can someone tell me how are the duplex' is nice downstairs, how does it look and has anyone had any flooding etc. how is it through out the seasons' I'm planning on moving to one, but I'm not able to check it out cause there's none available at the moment.

Generally the complex is clean and safe. It is not the best complex in the world, but well worth it for the price compared to other apartments in Morris County. We have always lived up the hill in the complex, or upstairs, and as such never experienced flooding problems. Noise between upstairs or downstairs neighboors can be an issue, but you should realize that these are low-end apartments and noise is just a fact of life. We have found most of our neighboors are respectful of noise during nighttime hours.
