Pros: Low rent, renovated apartments have decent kitchen cabinets,
wooden floor,

Cons,
Air conditioning unit is not adequate, you need extra units for bedrooms, walls are thin, you CAN hear neighbors, music, kids crying..
No landscaping, not enough parks for a complex with 1000 apts.
Heating units are old and you will need to call maintenance-especially when seasons change.Laundry rooms not good.

Maintainence is good and prompt, Mgmt.could do better, there is a heavy south asian presence......Good place if your only concern is to stay till you find sth better long term...

Somewhat agree... AC is old and you do need additional unit for the bedroom. Plus, you are not allowed to have a window ac, that sucks. But all the space for the money??? I looked around a lot and this is a very big space for a very reasonable monthly rent. Yes, not a very "American" community, but it is surprisingly well kept. I don't have a problem with noise, but it is possible that other tenants may. Laundry rooms have 4 washers ad 4 dryers each. I haven't had a problem yet, but it is possible that they are all accupied. I agree, this is good till you buy something or move to another area. However, this community is much better than some other ones I've rented in before.
