Salt seems to be non-existant and they Knoll Gardens 40% Recommended Aug 03 2007: I have lived at Knoll Gardens for several years. Rent goes up every year and the overall up keep and maintenance of the complex goes down. The apartments were very cheaply renovated and now falling apart. In the winter you freeze. Knoll Gardens 40% Recommended Apr 03 2007: We been here for 2 years now. The service people here sucks, their smoking policies need to be re-looket at and you cant do nothing about nuicanse neighbors and foul odors. |
