IT is sad that Apartment ratings delete posting

I posted a review here about a year ago about Briar Park, well i guess the review was so bad against it that it had to be removed. Although no abusive language was used, I do not trust apartment rating for keeping an actual track of all reviews and deleting reviews that are valid.
To reinstate that review, I lived in Briar Park and after being infested with bed bugs i requested Briar Park to deal with them. and exterminator came about 4 times and in 4 occasions they said the issue was resolved, but it wasn't. Finally i told them i want this resolved and the basically told me you can live with it or move out. So i moved out, then later came that they withheld all my security because according to them they replace the carpeting in the whole apartment although "the infestation" was only in the bedroom. and were charging me extra to cover the re-carpeting of the apartment.
Went to court and in court the judge awarded me my security and some extra. Well that was almost 2 years ago, and guess what until today I have not seen a penny from them, I have sent several letters to their office and made sure i address the proper individual and the company, yet nothing. I am going to try a different approach if i do not recieve a reply to the latest letter i sent.

I can relate to the never-leave policy they have in place. I tried to break my lease after my job transferred me up north. Well, to say the least, I'm still in Briar Park and living with a commute from hell because I didn't want to eat $3,200 just to move out early.

Well as you can see i am still trying to get my money back, I have been trying for almost 2 years now they are simply ignoring my letter I guess I will have to take them to court again. I guess this time i will hire an attorney.
