I've lived here for going on 4 years now and this is a great place. Apartments are big, walls are thick and they do a nice job of keeping up with the exterior of the buildings and landscaping. Prompt maintenance when needed and friendly staff, the limited amount of time I've had to deal with them. Only complaint is road noise from Rt 70. There is a motorcycle dealership right down the road so when they go out for their "runs" on Saturday mornings it can get a bit noisy if you have the windows open, waking up light sleepers. Maybe it's not a problem if you live in the back away from the road. We also live on the 3rd floor and keeping the apartment cool in the summer can be expensive with all the heat rising from the floors below us, the AC unit is always running.

All apartments have washer/dryer in unit and central AC and a balcony, 2 minutes from parkway north and all of Brick town's shopping. All in all you get a lot for your money and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonable, safe apartment in central Ocean County.

if they state they have lived here for 4 years how come they lived in tehre from 2006 - 2006 , it seems their managment is trying to make their place better than it actually is
