I've been a Fairway Villas tenant for a year now, and I just love it. The complex is very attractive with interesting architecture and it is extremely well maintained. It's set back far from the road along a golf course- I never knew it existed until I saw a rental ad in the newspaper and went on a hunt to find the place. When I drove through the Woodlake and Tivoli complexes to get to Fairway Villas (tucked away behind the others) I was ready to turn around and forget about checking out the apartment in the ad. Those apartments were in horrible shape, and the element of people hanging around was not good. But I ventured on past them, and I'm glad I did. Pulling into the entrance of Fairway Villas was like pulling into a different world.

I live in a two bedroom, two bathroom downstairs unit. Here are all the PROS:
-Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, so you never hear your roommate
-Two FULL bathrooms
-Rooms and closets are big
-Downstairs units have a sunken living room and kitchen with steps
-Upstairs units have high vaulted ceilings
-Washer, drier and dishwasher in every apartment *Major Plus!*
-Very quiet neighborhood
-Complex is kept extremely clean
-The back yard is a pretty golf course!
-Excellent price
-Repairs are made as soon as you call for a work order, and they always do a good job

CONS:
-Commercial vehicles are not allowed to park at the complex, even if you are a tenant. Major Problem. My boyfriend is an electrician and uses a work van. He's forced to park in one of the other- um, less desirable complexes mentioned before- and walks a long distance to and from his van every day. Rediculous rule.
-Downstairs during certain times of the year you can hear every single step the people in the apartment above you make. That can get really annoying. It's very quiet other than that- so you learn to deal with it.
-No pool, No pets- somewhat of a bummer, but no big deal
-Kitchen is pretty small, but I'm not much of a cook, so that's ok with me

Overall, the pros far outway the minor cons, and I'd recommend this place to anyone!
