they have 6 washers and dryers for 48 apartments, nothing is ever fixed, you can hear the people around you like they are in your apartment, they have roaches, termite damage, halls smell like something died, police are in here alot, there is no sense of security because people leave rocks and sticks in doors. They may be cheap but you get what you pay for!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, this anonymous comment is not about Fairway Villas. There are 176 units with washers and dryers in each apartment and is well maintained and have no hallways or rodent problems. Please look on our web site fairwayvillasapartments.com to verify.
