This is a great place to live. Only about four years old, the complex offers one and two bedrooms that are well laid-out, upper two stories (of three) with hardwood floors available. The deluxe two-bedroom is the jewel in the crown, with a split bedroom plan that makes the apartment seem like a cozy ranch house in the sky. Laundry rooms in all apartments have full-sized washer dryers. Gas stove, a plus for some cooks, is standard. Bummer: there is no glass door on the oven and no oven light inside. Not enough to prevent you from moving in, but a surprise, given the luxe feel of everything else.
Luxe is pricey, but if you're torn between the regular two bedroom and the deluxe, splurge and you will not regret it. This complex also allows up to two cats, for a price (currently $150 non-refundable per cat $15 in kitty rent extra per month !!!). Are you and Fluff worth it ' Probably.
Downers (not many): the pool hours don't run long enough in the evening, and the big downer: the hardwood floors ECHO. A rule says that you have to cover 75% of your hardwoods (padding, not mentioned in the regs, will save you grief); if you do and your downstairs neighbors do not, they will hear you and blame you, and you will hear them and... (you get it). Remember, cats and kids live here, so if the happy sounds of family life do not charm you, hold out for a third floor gem. Last bummer: all apartments are accessed by outside stairways; NO ELEVATORS. Your movers will hate you, and if you have relatives or friends who cannot climb stairs, either the first floor or zip are your options.
Other plusses: great landscaping & kids actually come to your door on Halloween !
