Apartments facing the golf course are beautiful. The decks are huge, the living area is huge. Management is very attentive to complaints. All apartments are clean. Some tenants are not so great though. You'll have that anywhere. Wall to Wall carpeting. Very clean if taken care of. Parking is problem. Spaces are numbered but you have alot of inconsiderate visitors and maybe tenants parking in your spot.
