I agree with everyone else who has given this place a bad review. I am a 2 yr. tenant at woodlake, soon to be moving out. the major problems with this place are:
1- trashy neighbors. the biggest problem in this complex. mostly low-class minorities. loud and obnoxious. they live like slobs. punk kids who wander around the complex in groups, who will stare you down and make comments to you if you drive or walk past them.
2- horrible insulation of the units. you will freeze in the winter
3- dilapidated condition of the units. they are old and very little has been done to upgrade them over time. the units were built in the 70s and little has been done to them. it is obvious.
yes, the units are larger than normal for the area, and the rent is on the lower end of average for the area. but don't fall for it. they use those factors as selling points to suck you in and once you're there, you're stuck. I realize you're not going to get the taj mahal in this area or for that price, but you can do better elsewhere. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
