First of all,I applied for the apartment, and literally moved in 3 days later. F all you people, because the management was pretty damn good. Even though there were threats of what could happen, they were extremly nice about it. Maintainence was there at least once a month for either exterminating, or changing the air filter. They always told you a couple days in advance they were coming. After a year and a half, I never saw one bug in my apartment. The dumpsters were in a good walking distance for everybody. The common hallways were swept atleast once a week, and they painting the insides of the buildings about 2 or three time in my time living there. The neighborhood really wasn't that bad considering. There was enough lighting and evryone minded their own business. The security guard from the villas would often drive around the whole complex. Rent was very cheap and you really got your moneys worth. I miss it every day. It was a mistake moving out.
