Friendly staff, prompt maintenance, overall a good place to live. They do a criminal background check on renters so it is relatively safe. The neighbors always keep to themselves. My only complaint is the electricity costs. Don't let the relatively cheap rental price fool you. You will pay on average $300 to $400 a month to cool and heat your townhome. Also, make sure you lock up your car and home regularly as petty thieves roam around the area. Other than that, not a bad experience.
