WAY overpriced - I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviewer. The parking lot is a disgrace all winter. Their idea of salting is to leave buckets out for the tenants to use! Tenants are also the only ones who look after the grounds aside from an occasional sweep with a lawnmower. Rents are high considering the total lack or services and maintenance. Unruly If you move here - Here's what to expect..
No Safety, security or peace and quiet and DANGER.
Unruly unsupervised kids who bully others and destroy personal and private property, ding dong ditch, screaming in front of your windows, doors, laundry room and cars.

Not enough parking.
