Management is bad Management is bad. Same Management as Dover Manor. I've been through there to sign my lease. On my way in I did hear a bunch of kids blasting their car radios. They didn't look like they were from the area though. I do believe they were Canadians.

Noise: At one point was surronded by all college students so NOISE was def a issue!!!!! When you call the office they tell you their is NOTHING they can do.

They care For older apartments, they are in great shape. The maintenance staff really cares about the appearance of the property, and is constantly making improvements. Any problems I've had have been resolved quickly and thoroughly.

Very very bad I stayed there for 1 year and I couldn't wait to move out. My lease expired recently and i moved out. They provide you with the oldest appliances such as AC and never come and repair it when needed.
