2. It's noisy. You can hear everything your neihbors do and say.
3. The apartments are falling apart. They try to upgrade appliances to make it look nice but the windows hardly open and the paint is 6 inches thick.

They care For older apartments, they are in great shape. The maintenance staff really cares about the appearance of the property, and is constantly making improvements. Any problems I've had have been resolved quickly and thoroughly.

Very very bad I stayed there for 1 year and I couldn't wait to move out. My lease expired recently and i moved out. They provide you with the oldest appliances such as AC and never come and repair it when needed.
