Spacious, OK Facilties, Good Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2005   I have lived here over 9 years and, in general, have been pretty happy. I have always found the management to be friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is on the ball - I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for anything to be repaired. They are older buildings, so things shift - the screens in my windows have never fit properly. Most of the improvements they've made have been external and cosmetic. The apartments are more spacious than I've seen at comparable prices in the area.
