Lawrenceville Gardens Apartments

Mostly good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I've lived here for two years and for the most part, like the apartments. They are spacious, reasonably priced, and have nice amenties like wood floors, walk in closets, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. Management is quite responsive. Here are the complaints: 1. Very noisy, and people use FCR like a drag strip at night. There are also accidents right in front of the apartment nearly weekly. 2. Windows - they were recently replaced, which is great, but they left the old kitchen window in because they want you to purchase a bay window for $50/month more. So now, the kitchen window doesn't match and it is still drafty. 3. Parking. There are not enough parking spots and I often have to carry groceries across the courtyard because I can't find a spot near my apartment. Even so, it is still a good place to live for the low rent (and heat and hot water is included) x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
