I moved here in the summer and the landscape was fine but as soon as the winter hit, it became a nightmare. The maintenance crew don't plow the snow correctly. You come out side and they have snow piled up behind your car. It takes them months to come to your apartment and fix a simple problem. My refrigerator and stove is outdated. The childrens swing sets are now completely broken. Washers and Dryers are 75% of the time broken. This place needs alot of renovating to do and in order for them not to lose tenants, they need to get on the ball.

How can you blame them for half the things you listed? Laundry room machines are owned by an outside company, they have a toll free number on them to call for problems. As for the playgrounds it was my understanding the owner told management to take them out, he didn't want the insurance liability for them. As far as snow, where are you gonna live, that anyone besides yourself digs out your own car?
