I lived at Sturwood from 2006 to 2007, and the apartments are of good size and everything is well maintained. The best thing is the great manager who is responsible, caring and understanding -- it really does make a big difference to be well taken care of by someone who is capable and reasonable, and it really doesn't get any better anywhere else; I know this from my rental experience since graduate school more than 12 years ago, living in over 6 different apartments from west coast to the east coast. I also have 2 large dogs (7 and 9 years old when I first moved to Sturwood); Sturwood is a great community for people with pets, lots of grassy areas to walk them, lots of parking, and friendly neighbors (maybe because they are animal lovers); the apartment is located in a nice residential neighborhood that has many convenient shops just minutes away. This place is not luxury living, but it is an extremely great deal for the dollars you pay in rent. I believe anyone who is honest, fair and reasonable will share my views about Sturwood.
