Have lived at White Pine for four years, and while there are a few shortcomings (some apartments are outdated, especially the kitchens), there are few complaints.

Safety is never a concern, I've never heard of anyone having problems, and the neighbors here look out for each other, thankfully in a fairly not-nosy way.

Parking is abundant, the walls are thick enough that you rarely hear a peep out of a neighboring apartment.

The prices are a bit high, but a bargain compared to the Avalon properties. Extremely convenient to I-95/295 and Route 1.
