Good size, Thin Walls - We lived there for 3 years. A police order had to be made about the dog waste, and while it has improved, there is still a lot around. Over rated... After paying my rent on time and never being late how do they reward me... a 17.5% rent increase after only being there 1 year. They nickle and dime you on everything from amenity fees of $500 year to use the pool and fitness center(if you want to call it that)to cleaning fees

Ridiculous fees, $500 a year to use the pool and the mini fitness room. $500 "pet privelege" fee, NOT deposit, plus $50 a month. Anything to rip people off and make some extra money. I

Maintenance/Customer service Had worst stay in the Avalon run. Had water leakages in the apartment. Not sure toilet water or not. Stunk and apartment maintenance ran heavy duty fans and humidifiers. Poor response and maintenance. Will not go there again.
