Avalon Run East 48% Recommended May 13 2008: The community is not worth the exorbitant rates charged for the facilities provided. The staff is exceptionally unpleasant. The manager is very rude and abrupt. This community is loaded with college students partying and carrying-on for all hours. If you Yorkshire Village Apartments 56% Recommended Mar 26 2008: I love my townhome. We have a three bedroom, 2.5 bath and it's very spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. Anytime we need Maintenance they are here in minutes. The only complaint is the heating system is loud in the family room.
