pretty nice love the apartment... the area can be noisy during the day. kids are often playing outside unsupervised. can get annoying when its early in the morning, they are quite loud. parking is okay. neighbors keep to themselves, no problems. wish the complex was dog friendly. for the

Maintenance is NON-EXISTANT! Maintenance is so bad at this complex. They recently had a waterleak that took about 2 months to repair, keeping the alley behind the complex flooded with water the entire time.
They also need to fix the chainlink fence that separates the apartments from the homes.
