Coachman Manor Apartments

Coachman manor a nightmare wating to happen. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   My family and I recently moved to coachman.We saw there ad on the internet and was very excited.We paid our deposit for the first of October and didn't get to move in untill lat November.When we moved to the apartment there were stickers saying that the building had passed the inspection.The so called spiral staircase was falling apart.There were no safety strips on the stairs.We asked on of the mantinanice men to fix it and he said that we had to take that up with the contractors.The ad said that the apartment ad said that the apartments came with a washer and dryer and microwave.We didn't get the washer and dryer until a few weeks.After that the roof started to cave in on use.tThey had to move us to anthoer apartment.At the new apartment the refrigerator door is broken the dishwasher is crappy and the down stairs bathroom roof leaks.We are still even waiting for are washer and dryer.I would never even recommend this place to Usama Bin Laden.
