poor management.............no one cares. From: brw928@aol.com Date posted: 5/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   resident at coachman for appox 2 years. average time for repairs 1 month and your lucky if it gets fixed right. office management simply dosen't care, bad attitude and lazy. in the process of finding who owns propery to complain if it helps. vacated apt. 1/03 and still waiting for securety deposit as of 5/03. wouldn't recommend at all. i moved to kingsrow about 2 miles away, wow! what a differance
