I've been here in 3 different apartments for about 4 years now and I gotta say, it gets worse and worse. It's affordable and very spacious. Utilities are included which are good and when I first moved here, I would have recommended it and I did to a few people who moved here, but things have went way downhill.
For one security, I've gotten dogcrap put under my car door handle, vulgar language written on my mailboxes, guys smoking weed on the steps in front of my apartment, and finally, I got broken into a few weeks back. They just kicked right through the front door. Quality door, huh'
Secondly, like everybody else says, maintenance requests....it's horrible. You basically gotta call 5 times and then get the head person here personally to get anything done, and that was for fixing the A/C during heat warning days. My kicked in door' Nailed back together...didn't even replace the door. Constant water leaks and damage that doesn't get fixed. The management isn't helpful at all, and are very defensive. I guess because they hear it all the time from all the problems that arise. When the maintenance guys are telling you that they can't take it anymore and want out, that should tell you something. A solid facility that has gone way downhill....wouldn't recommend it at all now.
Just to add, parking can be really good or really bad, depends on what building you're at.
