I AM GLAD MY LEASE IS UP IN JULY!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! WHERE DO I START' FROM DAY ONE WE HAVE BEEN GETTING HORRIBLE SERVICE! THERE ARE REPAIRS THAT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED SINCE WE MOVED IN, WE HAVE GOTTEN 3-4 EVICTION LETTERS STATING WE HAVE NOT PAID THE RENT AND WE PAY ON TIME EVERY MONTH! EACH TIME ITS A DIFFERENT AMOUNT! THEN THEY GIVE A CREDIT OF THE AMOUNT, AND WE GET ANOTHER EVICTION NOTICE SAYING WE DIDN'T PAY THAT MONTHS RENT OR THE MONTH AFTER THAT!! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO KEEP THERE OWN RECORDS!! I THINK THE APARTMENT IS SINKING, THE FLOORS ARE CAVING IN, THE SNOW REMOVAL IS HORRIBLE, WE DID NOT HAVE HEAT FOR A WEEK, THERE HAS BEEN 2 "NEW MANAGEMENTS" SINCE WE'VE BEEN HERE. THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS! THE OFFICE STAFF ARE STUCK UP, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX THE ROOF OF OUR BUILDING, THEY NEVER FINISHED, AND WE HAVE STAINS THAT GROW EVERYDAY ON OUR CEILING FROM RAIN, SNOW,ETC. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE MOVED OUT IN MY BUILDING!! I AM RIGHT BEHIND THEM!! THE RENT IS RIDICULOUS FOR THE SERVICE IN RETURN!!
