The aparment community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005   I cannot believe the reviews I have seen on here. This property is actually outstanding. I have lived here for 6 years, and I feel completely safe. I have a jeep wrangler and I have NEVER had a problem here with it. I have left the top off and even my gym bag in there, and still no problems. I have lived in three different apartments here and feel all of them were fantastic. I will agree that before TGM took over this property it was HORRIBLE. The Roseland Corp was in charge and was great, but in between Roseland and TGM the other management and maitance staff where HORRIBLE. I mean I couldn't get anything completely in my apartment, and the grounds looked horrible as well. When TGM took over, there has been an amazing upkeep. The maintance staff is always on property and always working. I see them moving and doing things all the time. In reference the fires or the murders...PROOF PLEASE'' I work for the fire department and volunteer on the ambulance. This community has only had ONE fire in the past 10 years. We have NEVER had a murder here of any of our residents. I am part of a resident group here and we have some people who have lived here for 31 years. Please look into these matters yourself and don't go off of this page. The property is beautiful and the new fence that secures the property is extremely helping with making sure there are no trespassers!!!
