would recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007   I have been a resident at this complex for a number of years. I love the spaciousness of the apartments and the washer/dryers in the apartments. But my problem is my rent went up over $50 and I was not notified. I only noticed the increase when I went to sign my new lease. Now management has begun to charge the residents for water and gas. I wouldnt have a problem if all the apartments looked like the model advertised on the site and if apartments were remodeled on a timely basis. My apartment has cabinets that are old & peeling, everytime a closet door is opened the door comes off track; and my frig is sitting on a block to keep it level. Also for the price being charged the building & entrances to the buildings should be upkept better. Some are in need of a paint job. Also if your neighbor has a dog beware where you step. Not many residents clean up after their animals. If you can get a newly remodeled apartment its worth it.
