The complex itself is very nice, and the administration too. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   I lived in one of the buildings near the front of the complex for 2 years. I thought the apartment itself was very spacious and nice, although my roof leaked heavily during the rain. I do think this was due to the particular placement of my apartment -- almost all the water for the whole building ran off right above my apartment. Maintenance was generally prompt and courteous, and the office staff was terriffic! They were a pleasure to work with and a big reason why I would recommend this place. On the negative side, the stairwell in front of my apartment was the hangout for a lot of kids who were often noisy, and some adults that I suspect were involved in unsavory activities. If you're looking rent here, scope the place out on a summer night beforehand if you know what unit you're looking at, and check that it's quiet. Ample parking -- never a problem.
