A landlord that cares!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2004   Finally a landlord that cares! I recently had some problems and the office staff was beyond helpful. They went above and beyond the call more than once on my behalf. The few maintenance problems I had were always fixed the next day. They added flowers and paved the parking lot. There is no trash in the parking lots (except for the stuff ignorant people just threw on the ground). I am proud to call this home. I think the people that are writing bad things have their own personal issues. They are not telling the whole story. How can anyone say it is getting worse here' I have seen nothing but steady improvements. If you hate it so much why do you still live here after 5 years' If you have a personal beef, why don't you call the office and get it solved' Maybe you are one of those ignorant people that doen't mind living with trash. This is THE NICEST complex in the area.
