Decent apartment for the price and area From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I've been here for two years now, and have just signed on for a three year lease. To put it bluntly, these apartments ARE decent and pretty much the best bang for your buck here in Camden County. These are old apartments, but I've been lucky to get an apartment with new appliances and new carpeting. The office staff has tried to be accomdating with us and gave us a *brand* new fridge when ours started to go out, and since we will be upgrading to a bigger apartment in the fall, they have already made sure to place us in an apartment with newer applicances as well, with no additional cost. (unlike some of the other apartments we checked out in the area) Parking is ok. It pisses us off to see so many PA or other out of state people that take up all the good parking spaces during the week (friends, significant others of tenants,ect) I REALLY wish there were reserved spots or something. My boyfriend received a warning from one of the "parking cops" around here for not having an up to date registered sticker.... it was parked in the parking lot, and not on the road! I thought that was kind of stupid. They've had cars towed from the parking lot that didn't have up to date stickers, ect. Noise level is ok. As of now we have two trashy neighbors who have baby mama drama and chose to fight every now and then. Of course you have to be on maintenance's ass to get things done... I had a hole in my bathroom for over a year from the neighbors upstairs who like to flood the tub for their son, but they finally got that finished and fixed some things up around the apartment while they were there. We've also complained about a light being off in the parking lot since SEPTEMBER, and supposedly nine months later... they are working w/ the electricity department to get it working again. The lawns stay pretty nice. We have some neighbors who have planted flowers and shrubs around the front of our apartments, and thats always nice. Our laundry room is ok. A washer and dryer do not work. The apartment complex seems to cop out on that issue, b/c they say another company deals with the washer/dryer issues and that we need to contact them ourselves. Overall, these apartments are ok for a college student or a young couple starting out. We spoke to one of the police officers from Lindenwold and he named this apartment complex as being one of the safest in Lindenwold.
