If you like loud spanish music from 5:00 am to 5:00am move here unbelieveable that is all I kept saying to myself the first week I moved in to these apts. spanish music all day all night "LOUD" now if you like that you fit right in.

Nice place to live I moved in 6 months ago and all I can say is this place is GREAT my requests have been repaired quickly and right the first time my neighbors are all very friendly and courteous to others around them I have nothing to complain about this place is great compared to the old complex

Cleaned Up I have lived in Coachman Manor for 2 years. This place keeps improving. They opened up the place by cutting down tree near the pool. Ms. Ruth is the best! She is always willing to help you out and the office staff is very friendly. Keep up the good work!

I Love it! I have lived at Coachman for 8 yrs now and find it a nice place to live and very affordable. The new office staff is very friendly and helpful, also bilingual. I have seen a drastic improvement from the other owners. We also have a tenant associationand ms ruth does a good job too.

Loved the spacious rooms and washer dryer Although I don't lived there anymore, I found it very comfortable and having a washer and dryer was great. Alot of space for the money. Kitchens were nicely redone and the ceramic tile was great. I reccommend.

Realitvely clean and quiet .Maintenance is prompt, Ralph does good job.One thing I don't like is the cars racing through the parking lot.
