So many bad things in one apartment. Maybe the rotten smell is normal to many of the people here but it isn't with us. The landlord loves to rent to large families who will accept tiny spaces, dirty water, etc. Cedar Wright is third world in everything except the price!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nose pins and ear plugs needed! And don't forget the wet suit for the leaks and toilet back ups!!!!!!!

What we all need to understand is why Cedar Wrong Welfare Gardens is the way it is. GREED One word. GREED on the part of the cheating owner. They had a choice years ago: invest the money needed to update the buildings, make them safe, put in air conditioning etc. or rent to those who think substandard is fine. They chose the later. They know that few Americans would pay their price to live out here and like this. People RUN from this slum and they will always need a big rental office, always looking to get the money of someone just off the boat and to con them with false notices.

They should put up a sign in the rental window. "Renting only to foreighners with no jobs or low paying ones and a green card . Also we will rent to illigal aliens and those with many children. We provide the feeling of your home country here. Once you become a citizen with a job we reconmend you leaving or paying a higher rent".
"Those americans that wish to live here be aware of the surrounders and leave the foreigners alone they are living in their own environment"
