Add me to the long list. My apt. was in terrible shape with rodents and leaks. All they thought about was tricking you to get more money. They tried and failed to sell parking spaces (everyone knew they would not do anything if someone parked in your spot) They refuse to offer lease renewals but raise the rent and demand YOU abide by the terms of the original lease. They abide by nothing.
I agree with all those who wrote here complaining that this pit isn't suited for anyone not from the third world. Duh, look who they get here! Who else would think filthy water from uncleaned tanks is normal' I want to add that the cooking odor complained about on this website isn't just normal cooking of exotic foods, it is a HORRIBLE dead rat type cooking odor that gets into your clothes. You walk around like a stinking toilet. Also, the development is unsafe: the windows and doors provide no security and the lighting is poor.

You are soooo right. Anyone thinking of moving way out here owes it to themselves and family to read the many sad tales on these pages. There is a football field of people who moved in and quickly moved out over the decades. This is an outdated craphole, not an apartment complex. They must laugh when they type up the notices they print about the rules just to cover themselves. Just as the people who are breaking them laugh when they get them.

This place should have been torn down years ago and stores or condos put up. This is a 3rd world country in the middle of Lodi and bergen County. Instead of fixing up this place back in the 90's it just got worse with new cabinets and higher rents so the landlord can pay for the new cabinets.
Old tenants moved out or were burned out just to let these Foreigners in. this is why Lodi and the other towns call the people that live in CWG "Village people or Village kids"
Call Imagations and the building inspectors and the board of health.
HAVE THIS PLACE TORN DOWN.
signed: someone that moved out in the early 90's after losing everything to a fire started by the landlord

We live in Lodi. When my brother wanted to move here, he got an application for CWG's. We all advised against it but they had plenty of vacancies. We had a good howl at the questions, documents needed and rules they never enforce. They are really crazy, I know for a fact they take homeless Section 8.
