Stay away at all costs!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
To sum it all up in a few short statement:
-Very quiet (most times)
-Grounds not well kept
-Electrical system designed for 1950's living. Turning on a vacuum, iron, or blow dryer blows the circuit.
-Price paid is not worth it ($925 for 1 bed/1 bath)
-Maintenance NEVER answers phone or returns calls and even damaged my unit when working on the roof. Apartment management won't even return phone calls or letters about complaints that haven't been handled by maintenance after almost a year.
-Plumbing is horrible. Hot water is sufficient for washing hands once. You will NEVER have enough hot water to take a shower. Toilet overflows when you put toilet paper in the toilet.
-People with pets (which are not allowed, yet mysteriously found EVERYWHERE) ruin the grounds surrounding the apartments.
-Lack of parking
-Kitchen is not big enough to support even one person and a few cooking utensils.
-Some doors don't shut fully and ever window and door leaks cold air in the winter enough to have to leave your heat on 90 degrees to keep suitable temps
-Many more horrible issues, too numerous to keep track of!
This is the worst decision I've ever made, but had to do something in a pinch. I regret every moment of it! Don't believe anything Faith (the leasing agent for the building) tells you!
